EX-FTIR-G2

featuring a gas cell instead of a telescope, the ex-FTIR-G2 USES THE SAME BASE CABINET AS THE OP-FTIR-G2

The EX-FTIR-G2 is a highly specialized FTIR multiple gas analyzer designed to monitor hundreds of industrial gases from fixed source locations. It rapidly and accurately measures gas-phase chemicals that absorb infrared energy at low (ppb) concentrations using patented analytical methods. The EX-FTIR-G2 was developed in response to client demand for a flexible gas measurement system, with the option to add a telescope for open path measurements. In the ‘EX’ or ‘extractive cell’ configuration, gas cells ranging from 10 cm up to 40 meters (multi-pass) are installed.

Air/gas is drawn into the gas cell by an air pump for concentration analysis.  The FTIR continuously analyzes the gas to report speciated concentrations in real-time. As with all KASSAY FTIR’s,  a wide selection of detectors are available to meet the sensitivity and budget requirements of the application, and all bench optics are easily adjustable to improve performance. The EX-FTIR-G2 features state-of-the-art electronics, an Ethernet PC interface, and is controlled by RMMSoft (TM), utilizing patented algorithms for background filtering and water vapor alignment.  Applications for the EX-FTIR-G2 include vapors (HAPs, VOCs, alcohols, BTEX, ambient) in any air stream such as process vents, ducts, stacks, cylinders, vessels, tanks, reactors, furnaces, and compressors.

EX-FTIR-G3

Rugged FTIR Technology for Continuous Gas Monitoring

The RAM2000-FS Fixed Source is an open-path air monitor designed to detect a wide range of gases in real time.  The system is capable of the remote sensing of air plumes using three optical bench arrangements.  By simple reconfiguration of the internal optical assemblies, the system can be switched to suit specific monitoring applications.

The RAM2000-FS employs a rugged high resolution (0.5 cm-1) FTIR spectrometer and a specialized multipass gas cell. Operations are controlled by  mature continuous monitoring software (CMS).

EX-UV-G1

The EX-UV-G1 measures organic gases (BTEX, Formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, phenol), Inorganic gases (Sulfur Dioxide, Nitrogen Oxides, Ozone,  Ammonia, Hydrogen Sulfide, Hydrogen Flouride, Chlorine), and other gases such as ozone, oxygen, and methane
